It’s hard to find fault with anything that comprises pineapple, coconut and white chocolate and to be honest it’s hard to find fault with these cookies, they’re not perfect but they are damn close.
Beautifully flavoured with a distinct pineapple flavour my only criticism is I do prefer my cookies to be slightly softer, they have a harder more biscuit texture which does work well with the chewy chunky fruit and chocolate pieces.

They are of the smaller cookie variety, with no conceivable variation in the make-up.
Feel;
A solid and firm crisp biscuit that snaps nicely when broken.
Fragrance;
A lovely tropical fruit aroma hits you as you open the packet. You can also smell the coconut on the biscuit.
Taste;
Both the coconut and pineapple invade the taste buds as you chew the cookie, with the white chocolate slowly arriving to the party, to make a superb flavour assault on the tongue.

Buy them, eat them and try to convince yourself their healthy as you devour another.
