An interesting idea mixing Stollen into a cookie, this could be good, I’m expecting a fruity, spiced, marzipan infused mouthful of joy.
It wasn’t, its a fruit cookie and not a particularly memorable one at that, it’s soft and undercooked, I know cookie dough is in however I didn’t expect raw sugar mixed through it.
It’s not unpleasant, it’s fruity and I did eat two, it’s just not Stollen.
RASHER
Look;
It has a typical cookie appearance, if a bit anemic.
Feel;
It feels like normal cookie which you would purchase from any supermarket.
Fragrance;
I am afraid to say there was nothing special here either, as it smelled just like any other cookie. It had no other tones to differentiate it.
Taste;
Another let down here. It tasted like cookie dough with some fruit within.

A wonderful idea let down in execution, stick to double chocolate cookies, they won’t disappoint.
RASHER
I will have to admit this was a let down, as it sounded promising. It was let down by not being cooked long enough, and was under done, with not even a slight taste of marzipan to be found. And where was the fudge!
Taste like cookie dough and not a cookie, with no remanent of Stollen to be found.
