Now this is what I’m talking about it’s so sticky and the smell is incredible, loaded with juicy fruit and peel, even the cross on the top tastes good.
It’s lovely although the dough is rather bland when eaten on its own and lacks flavouring, when masked by the wonderful fruit its superb, the additional of lemon and orange peel is perfect.

Well they definitely have an orange look to them. And of course they do look the part.
Feel;
These are most certainly sticky, and the bun has a firmness to it. Seems more dense.
Fragrance;
A great smell with that orange coming through without any problems. Which of course doesn’t allow the hot cross smell to dominate proceedings.
Taste;
The orange gives the fruit a tang, leaving an orange aftertaste.

A proper sticky gooey fruit filled bun with the addition of lemon and orange peel, now we are talking.

These are another hit. If you are after something a little different to the norm, then gives these a go. Need to try toasted!
